"Student film makers attended their own Oscar style awards at the Staffordshire University Film Theatre on College Road, Stoke. The annual event was hosted by the university and sponsored by JVC, which provides the students with professional-level film making equipment.

"Among the winners were Tom Reynolds, Angela Slade, Kati Reeve and Andrew Davidson, who won the award for best video production commendation for their film LiMBO, a parody on a person waiting to go to heaven or hell. The film is set in a doctors waiting room, to give a contemporary feel to an age old theme."
