As with the previous DVDs, the disc was to include two audio commentaries for the film, the first planned to include writer/director Andrew Davidson and the film's star Darren McAree, however schedule conflicts ultimately proved this to be impossible leaving Andrew to record his first solo commentary. The second track was to be provided by Steven Coltart, but again scheduling would prove difficult and the second audio commentary was dropped. In it's place Darren McAree provided a text commentary that would appear on screen as a subtitle track if selected. Neither LiMBO nor Autumn Heart had made use of subtitle tracks, so Darren's commentary was a new challenge and provides an entertaining alternative commentary.
Andrew Davidson provided two other commentary tracks for the disc, the first for the 'Demon Designs' feature, which was a montage of the sketches created by Daniel Anderson when designing the Demon. Andrew talks through each design and offers his thoughts on each and the evolution of the designs to the finished product. The second commentary recorded was for the 'Test Shoot Footage', which is the basis for the first Web Documentary. The footage was shot without audio in August 2003 and Andrew elaborates on the need for the test shoot.

The remaining features on the disc included the final part of the Web Documentary series shot in October 2004 at the Stafford Film Festival, two deleted scenes with introductions shot by Andrew Davidson and Darren McAree immediately after the film's premiere in March 2004 and finally a 'Music Video' for the song 'Hope For Today' written by Steven Coltart and performed by Vicky Wilby over the closing credits. The original intention was to create a fully produced music video feature Vicky, however once again scheduling became an insurmountable obstacle. In the end Andrew formed a clip that explores the creation of the visual effects in the film, using 'The Three Door Scene' as an example.
The cover design for the disc utilized Michael Buxton's captivating poster, with the back sticking very close to the layout established on the Autumn Heart cover. Included on the front and back are quotes provided by medical practitioners who had attended the 'Focus On Health' screening of Quondam in October 2004.
The Quondam DVD was complete in December 2004 and made available through the lastatak.com|SHOP.
